Refund and Return Policy

All LucidSickness Dystopia products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

To request help with an order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hazeg@lucidsicknessdystopia.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.
